Use the internet to the many scholarship databases that provide scholarships based on your field of study or geography of where you will study. I have found networking with friends, families, classmates, and even employers have yielded the best results of discovering scholarships.

There are various scholarship available to both 'indigene' students and international students

For Europe;
Chevening scholarship
Commonwealth scholarship
Stipendum Hungarian Scholarship
Rhodes Scholarship etc

Taking cognizance of your discipline, I advise that you do lots of research on the Internet to fully understand what the scholarship is really about i.e it's eligibility and policy after study.
