13 is fairly young to start working. Laws are going to vary, depending on what part of the world you live in. In the U.S., where I live, I'm not aware of any formal job you can get. But many enterprising people do things like mowing lawns, walking dogs, babysitting, or something along those lines.

Most states do not allow anyone under the age of 15 to work and even then you must have written approval from your school. Most businesses may not be able to employ anyone under 18 due to insurance requirements. I agree with Fred, if you would like to earn some cash, offer to mow lawns, dog walking and shoveling snow etc., are all good options.

Also, having money should not be the only reason your girlfriend likes you....sometime finding things to do that do not have any costs is the best way to get to know some. Picnic in the park or a hike, look for those options first.
