I think the best parts are:

- each day is different; you definitely aren't stuck in a routine
- there are many different career paths you can take like working in residential or commercial, your own business or someone else's, specializing in kitchen & bath, lighting, design for elderly or Feng Shui and working for an interior design firm, an architectural office or development company.
- you get to be creative everyday!
