How to help my friends on there journey to find the careers

How can I help other people look for a job or a career that fits themselves.

And how can they do that there selves #career-counseling

In order to help your friends find their career you should find out what it is that they ultimately would like to do. Find some people online on websites such as LinkedIn and take a look at their journey to see how they got in the position that they are in. then follow the steps below.

Cedric Castille- recommends the following next steps:

First find out what they are interested in
Next find out if that career requires a degree or a certification, someties you have to take a step backwards to go to school before you can land a career
Speak with some people who are in said field.

I would recommend asking what their interest are and try to find careers/jobs close to that. Maybe offer some job shadowing in their particular interest.

I will say their interest may change, so it’s ok to try something new until they find what they like!
