Hi Satya, the highest level is PhD, and I would ask what is your goal or objective? Do you want to work as a software engineer or be an engineering manager? Typically, these roles only require BS or MS.

You can do PHD I think. Apart from that if you have good research then probably patents as well. Mostly people publish papers
