I went to school, got a job, realized I still didn’t know everything and then I joined Learn To Cut. Now I own a very successful barber shop 3 years later. Alexi Michael is a genius and I should’ve just took his program over school lol. Join Learn To Cut to learn, they’ll teach you the barber stuff and business stuff you need to not only do your work, but stand out and become high paid.

Cosmetology school and trade shows. Also might consider trying to get employed at a salon. You can learn a lot from folks in the business. Many are willing to share. Now there are so many videos on the web as well. Good luck

There are schools for cosmetology. Sometimes they practice on volunteers (that get a free or cheap haircut). Online youtube or other sources have lots of videos too.

Please be careful with sharp scissors!
