HR or manager faces internship in Mainland China

I am not sure wether I will work in North America in future. I decide to have first formal internship this summer in China. But much information told me that Chinese work experience would become useless. #us #work-experiece

The information that you identified is suspect and is not correct or helpful.


Any work experience is important, as it allows you to apply your training and gives you experience that allows you to display your best attributes, attention to detail, and your ability to recognize and satisfy the requirements of an employer and provides helpful exposure to application of your studies to the real world. Also, being put in a situation where you will be exposed to a major foreign language and culture will make your experience very that much more valuable.

Hi Ena, Global Businesses are the way of the future. Employers are often trying to hire, recruit and provide services for global businesses. Expanding your personal experiences of travel, education or employment across country borders, regions and/or globally will only broaden your experience levels and provide you a better appreciation multicultural knowledge!
