Hi Josh!
In a previous role, I supported the apprenticeship school at a shipyard. Shipyards are a great place to get this experience. Take a look at a shipyard close to you or their parent companies like Huntington Ingalls. Apprentice schools are a great journey for trades and also give great support if you decide to go into leadership. Good luck with your search!
