What is the easiest part of real estate?

I know that real estate is very hard so what's something that's easy.

Hi Monae!

There are a ton of things you might like about being a Real Estate Agent or Investor. Mostly, your income is directly related to the work you put in. So, the harder you work, the more money you'll make! Also, you control your own schedule. So, if you like to sleep in but stay up late, you can build a business around that. Finally, if you like people, you may love being an agent. Helping someone find just the right home and helping them actually buy it can be very satisfying. Helping someone sell their home can be very emotional for them especially if they've lived there for a long time. If you can help them, get through it emotionally, you may also like helping people that way.

To be honest, I'm not sure Real Estate is hard. I'd say it's hard for some people. But not hard for others. The hardest part is probably getting started. I've written a couple articles that you may like on the subject.
