What was your motivation? What classes would you recommend to take?

Hi im a freshmen and i want to know what you recommend to take for real estate

I highly recommend starting with business classes, but also explore courses that broaden your interests. In college, I took French, African American Studies, and more, which helped me explore new ideas and answer questions I always had. This kind of learning will truly boost your confidence in your beliefs. For real estate, my business degree was invaluable, especially for marketing and building my business. Remember, building relationships is key in real estate. They're the most important and can last a lifetime. Best of luck!

I think you should expect your motivations to change over time. When I started, I was thinking of me and what I wanted to do. As life went along, my priorities changed to my family and kids. Having a career that allowed me the time and resources to do things with my daughters and enjoy that time was really important. Making sure I had a job that fit my needs in life was critical.
