Hi Blaine!

I would absolutely check out what your institution offers, although I'd love to offer one program that was inspirational to me.

One program that was extremely beneficial to me when studying abroad was the European Innovation Academy! This was a program a program I did abroad due to my interests in design, business and engineering. This program (EIA) is all about educating future entrepreneurs & accelerate companies to pursue digital growth.

European Innovation Academy has become a recognized leader in tech entrepreneurship education. It is a great opportunity to pursue, especially if you are interested in those areas, or simply wanting to learn more about how to bring ideas to life in a short timeframe.

They have educational programs are developed through joint partnerships with professionals from the world’s top institutions including: Stanford University, U.C. Berkeley, Adobe, Microsoft, Google and more.

Shiqi’s Answer

Hi Blaine, many schools have office of global education or study abroad office. Try to search on your school's website and see the programs offered by your school. First find out what you would like to get out of your study abroad experience - is it to improve your foreign language, to grow your global vision, to improve yourself academically, or something else. Then identify a list of countries that you're interested in studying abroad. Schedule an appointment with an advisor in the office of global education or study abroad office. They can recommend you the right programs according to your major/academic requirements. Also talk to your academic advisor to let them know so you can plan out your courses around your study abroad semester to meet the curriculum in order to graduate on time.
