What happens after I graduate college?

Once I graduate with a degree in Criminal Justice (concentration in crime scene investigation) what are my next steps?

I either want to go into just crime scene investigation or if possible blood spatter analysis more specifically. What kind of training or other things must I accomplish once I graduate? I am not sure what the next step is after graduation.
