Many people choose HVAC because they enjoy hands-on work and solving problems instead of sitting at a desk. They often learn about this career by speaking with a trade school recruiter, a high school guidance counselor, or a family member who works in the trades.

I always loved working with my hands and wanted a job that would allow me to live anywhere while still making above average pay. I looked into different careers that had the pay and mobility I was looking for. With HVAC anywhere you move you're capable of finding work and if you're good at it you'll make more than the median wage for the area.
