Hi Carlo the main ingredient is passion if you have that nothing will stand in you way.. all culinary schools are not the same if your grades are average thats fine to make most of them,, I have a two year degree in hotel and restaurant mgt and I made out fine. for a chef its what restaurant you will train in when you get out that will make the difference.. hard work , dedication, great rewards... good luck
