What does a day in the life of a Genetics Counselor generally look like?

Over the years, I've found that I have a knack and a keen interest in Biology, or more specifically, genetics. Recently I've been looking into the career of a Genetics Counselor, and even though I've done some research, what I've found doesn't really tell me a lot about what a Genetics Counselor does on an ordinary day. In such case, what does a day in the life of a Genetics Counselor generally look like?

The National Society for Genetic Counselors has several resources about this, including several videos. you can start at https://www.nsgc.org/page/aboutgeneticcounselors and follow the links on "Who are genetic counselors?" and "Interested in becoming a genetic counselor?" You can also use the "find a genetic counselor" link to locate GCs are willing to answer more detailed questions or have you shadow them. You might want to contact GCs in several specialties as "a day in the life" will vary by a GC 's specialty --lab, clinic, research, etc.
