How can the responsibilities as a RA benefit me during college other than the financial aid benefits it gives?
I've been told that being an RA can be a challenge, but I'm aware that every job benefits a person in some way. I'm wondering as to how an RA's duties can help me get through college other than the fact that an RA receives tuition coverage.
