How do you make meaning out of your everyday work even when it is tedious and monotonous at times ?

I am an undergraduate student at The OSU and I sometimes wonder, once I graduate and am no longer a student, what challenges will I face and how will I overcome them? One such challenge, is finding motivation to keep pushing forward even when it might feel that the work one is doing is not making a big enough difference, whether because of the lack of detail or perceived significance.

Hi Siddharth, here's a friendly tip: Try making Micro-Goals. This means splitting big tasks into smaller, easy steps and setting goals for each one. Reaching these little goals can make you feel good and keep you going.

- Keep Track of Your Progress: Write down what you do and how far you've come. Watching your progress grow over time can really boost your motivation. Hope this helps. Thanks!
