What are the best way to network in 2025 to get a full-time position, especially with everything going on globally and the possibility of a recession coming? How do we make sure we can get a job in a very competitive job market?

Network in a way that suits your personality! As an extrovert, I find it easier to connect at lively social events with topics I enjoy, rather than quieter places with fewer people. What are your favorite topics? Explore groups for both fun and career growth. You never know where you might meet others in your field or discover new interests. Remember, making a connection at every event isn't the goal. It's about building real relationships. Also, look for free courses, classes, and organizations to join or volunteer with! Volunteering can be very rewarding, and you never know where it might lead. Be kind, stay true to yourself, and welcome helpful advice.
