How do older individuals begin new careers without worrying about age discrimination?
I will be around 55 when I complete my bachelor's degree, and I am concern about finding positions not only due to no experience but also due to my age. #Spring25?

Hi Rebecca, I know it is difficult for you to start a career after a certain age. There are other people also who started their career at a much older age as compared to their peer. Julia Child who became MasterChef at the age of 50. Colonel Harland Sanders who established his business at age of 65 and there are various other examples, that has inspired many people.
First you see what kind of job is offered to the degree that you have done. Offline as well as online or hybrid also.
Second you can ask you concerned classmates regarding what jobs they will prefer after the completion of the degree.
Third you can also as your college professors regarding future goals.
