Hey Dulce!
When I was in college not too long ago, I also had a hard time balancing everything. I had six classes each semester in my junior year, plus internships, jobs, and hobbies. What really helped me was setting aside specific times (I called it "block time") for things I had to get done, like work or homework. After that, I let the rest of my day flow naturally. This helped me stay calm and keep everything organized.
Another tip is to cut down on smartphone use. I used to spend hours on mine, especially on social media and YouTube. Once I set time limits for those, I found I had more time to do what was important and to relax. We often spend more time on our phones than we realize, and it’s not as refreshing as a nap or a warm shower.
Hope this helps!
