Do I need the same email for scholarships and my CommonApp?
I've applied to lots of scholarships already but my CommonApp is used with my school account that will delete after my senior year. Do I need to worry about this?

I wouldn't worry about making sure that your CommonApp and scholarship emails align as they are two completely different things. I'm assuming you are talking about third party scholarships from platforms like FastWeb. Even when applying to FAFSA, they will use other criteria (such as social security number) to verify your identity and connect it to the schools you applied for. They will not use your email address.
However, I think it might be worth changing your email on the CommonApp to a different email in the off chance you need to access it after your senior year.
