That’s a great question, especially as a student-athlete. Balancing college, sports, and study time is not easy, but it’s definitely possible with good organization.

One of the best things you can do is use a planner or schedule. Try to divide your day into blocks of time, including:

Class time
Training and practice
Study time
Rest and personal time

In your free time, set specific hours for studying, just like you do for training. For example, if you train 2 hours a day, try to dedicate a set number of hours to studying as well.

Consistency is key — even studying a little every day is better than leaving everything for the last minute.

Also, learn to prioritize. Some days will be more intense than others, so focus on what is most important and stay flexible when needed.

Being a student-athlete teaches discipline, and if you apply that same mindset to your studies, you will do very well.
