This can likely be found via company reviews in websites like glassdoor.com or indeed.com or google reviews. If it is a new company or a small one, you might not have much in the way of reviews for specific queries. A generic web search might give you some feedback as well. It is up to you to determine if the feedback you review is useful or if it is from a disgruntled former customer or employee. You may even find an employee hand book online that details the company policy. Government agencies will usually have that information available for the public. Good luck you will do well.
Thank you comment icon Hey Travis, this is super helpful in regards to finding company-specific policies, but what factors or things should the learner look for in those policies to assess if they are good? Gurpreet Lally, Admin
Thank you comment icon The learner should look for what specifically relates to the learners expectations. Search for keywords or testimonials of current or former employees that might speak to the learners needs/wants from a company they are considering. TRAVIS UPCHURCH
