Cooking courses and the the lessons?

Hi, I'm interested in the QQI Level 5 Professional Cookery course. I've been working with food for several years, mainly in a coffee shop, though without formal qualifications. I have a few questions:

Would this course still be a good fit for me, or is there something more suited to my level?
When does the next intake start, and what's the deadline to apply?
What are the fees, and is any funding support available?
Is it full-time or part-time, and what are the class hours?
Does it include a work placement?
