Hi Meng Fei,


Success is defined by however you want to define it. For some people success may be obtaining a particular job title or salary. For every goal there are many ways you can accomplish it. For me, succeeding is to keep learning. I love to stay on top of trends and learn more about human behavior and technology. I will accomplish this by reading blog posts and articles on a daily basis, listening to podcasts on industry topics and connecting with other professionals. Whatever your goal is break it down into actionable tasks. Say to yourself, if my goal is to have this particular job then find out what you need to get there. Figure out the degree requirements (if any) and find internships. Stay on top of industry topics and connect with others in the field.

The first question is what is your measure of success and what is your measure of accomplishment a success success about money? Success about feeling like you accomplished something? A success about helping your community? Success about further in your career? School involved in success? Is giving back to others considered success?
