Jennifer, you cannot use just any scholarship granted in the US all over the world.  Here  are some of the scholarships granted in the US and other countries that you may be able to use in certain countries outside of the US.  Do a little research and see which one you prefer.

. Rotary Foundation Global Scholarship Grants

.OFID (OPEC Fund for International Development) Scholarship award

. Wells Mountain Foundation Scholarship for Developing Countries

. Joint Japan World Bank Scholarship

. ADB Japan Scholarship

. Edinburg Global Distance Learning Scholarship

. University of the People Tuition free scholarship

. Aga Khan Foundation Scholarship

Hi Jennifer,

If you are interested in a scholarship for getting an education in a different country, you have to look for scholarships designed for that purpose. Some of these programs are more general i.e. they apply to several countries, whereas some of them are only for education in a specific country.
Also they may differ based on your career stage.

Below are a couple of examples. There may be many others.
-Fulbright scholar program
-DAAD scholarships
-Chevening Scholarships
-Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Programme

Wishing you all the best in your future endeavors!
