Hello Juan,

For this answer I think different people will give you different answer for it. And it is really depend on with level you want to reach for. I born in Macau. In my city's football level is not really high so that when you compare to the other country football skills are totally different. Since I move to UK to study I find out their training system is different, first is the area, there have enough football courts to let's people go for the training and for the different kinds of level as well. If really compare with my city can't really compare about it. And for personal advice is like I think that for the training is really have to focus on which part you are the weakness and which part you are the strongest so that you know which part you can work it on harder and which part you need to keep it up. Watching people's video is also the good options for yourself because form the video you also know why they will doing this trick and how they do it. Now a day internet is really usual for it. Also need to let a goal for it. You have to find a right way to improve your skill and reach your goal.

Juan,

Becoming a pro soccer player is a great goal. There are many different ways to achieve this. In my opinion, I think the best and safest way is, sign up with a local travel organization, play for your high school, and attend as many college camps as possible. Make sure all of your games are filmed from a wide angle camera. It is extremely important to have game film for your recruitment. Put together some of your best film and then start sending it to colleges across the USA. Hopefully this will land you a scholarship, and you will be able to play at a University while also earning a degree. Repeat this same process while you are at the University.

Chris’s Answer

There is no easy answer when attempting to become a professional sports star. The first step is where do you want to play? If you are interested in only playing in the US, I would recommend checking out your local MLS team as many offer a young professional team. Once you are on a young professional team, you will typically be recruited by both international and other MLS teams to move up. MLS and International Teams will also scout college teams. College will typically give you a more competitive level and this is what the professional teams will want to see. There are various sites (recruit-me.com) that you can upload your club or high school soccer films to. These films are viewed by numerous schools and they can recruit you and offer scholarships. Additionally, some schools offer learning abroad programs which may allow you to go play with a European College Team and thus increasing your visibility in the realm of professional soccer.

Good Luck!
