I want to be a programmer , What would be better B.E Computer, Software Engineering or IT???

I am from Nepal and totally confused what to study after I complete my 12.... I want to be a programmer, what would be better for me?? #computer

Software Engineering is a more in demand industry and generally pays higher wages so if it's a toss up I would go with a Computer Science degree. You can also learn IT from taking a few courses and passing a certification exam, a degree is not strictly speaking necessary.

I would proceed with software engineering. The best developers I know go this route.

If you are confused and you know you want to be programmer - I would say Bachelors of Computer Science against Software Engineering because it will you ample exposure you different path and once you get into program then you can concentration in programming if you think thats what you want or you can go for other domains, you will be flexible.
