Hello,
My day usually begins with greeting my team members and checking in to see how they are doing. Then I'm usually off to begin my day which is filled with conference calls regarding strategies or projects, attending meetings and doing various administration duties such as budget management, one on one meetings with team members or approving network access.

I typically start my day the evening prior, to plan the next mornings tasks. The morning begins with checking in with the entire team, ensure the priorities are well known and then check for messages which may change the required tasks. Mid day is fairly routine with meetings, and returning messages before ending the day by checking in with the entire team. I realized early, that if someone is awaiting direction, then the project was not moving forward. Therefore I must always be available to answer questions that may arise.
