RICARDO’s Answer

If you are still "thinking" and haven't committed to a school. A strong benefit would be going to your local community college. There you can"test" the waters and see what you like. Then, once you find a program and pathway - transfer to a state school.

I would consider accelerated programs in a city where you would enjoy living. The name of your PT school doesn't hold you back from making top $ in the industry.

Hi Julian, this is a great question, not sure if you are still trying to determine the best school for physical therapy but I like the others who have responded I recommend that you look into physical therapy programs offered by your local community college this will allow you to get exposure to being in a college environment but also save money on your college education. If you decide you want to further your education in physical therapy after community college consider transferring to a university, I found a couple in San Antonio - University of the Incarnate Word and The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio both offer two physical therapy/therapist degree programs . The link below will provide you with more information best of luck to you.
