Hi Tyler! I've always known what career path I wanted to get into, and it's all about getting your foot in the door. Whether it's immersing yourself in a recruiting event or even walking into the business of choice and dropping off your application is a great way to get your foot in the door. I personally went through a 7- month recruiting process and I loved every minute of it. This process took time, but I was able to show recruiters who I am as a candidate and separate myself from my peers! It's all about getting your foot in the door and separating yourself as a person, and you will go far.
