You should consider the other offer , if the postal office where you work now does not offer opportunities for career growth. Better to be part of a large enterprise where opportunities for change are more likely to happen than a small company with few options.

All jobs offers should not be consider only for money. Look for companies that uphold values similar to yours .

Growth in a company is always something that you should consider also. If everything else remains the same then look to see if you would like to advance at either one of these companies and which one would allow you to do so in ways the fit your lifestyle.
