Jeevika, your interest in patients with heart diceases is very good.
One of the reccommended things for all people, not only patinents with heart problems is to be careful on their daily diet, trying to avoid fat, eat a well balanced meal as much as possible and of course exercise. This way the internal organs will be oxigenated and the blood flow will be better.

However, this might not work for all the patients as you have to consider different things that can be relevant for each patient's condition (background, medical history, etc).

I think that, as Wael told you in his reply, you should focus now in school, trying to learn as much as possible, and if you decide becoming a doctor is the right path for you, do it and do your best at it! This way, I'm sure you will save many lives in the future to come.
