Miguel’s Answer

It all depends where you'd be working at once graduated, if it's in a busy practice in a major city (ie, NYC) or if it's an a suburban, semi-rural, or rural city.
It could range from 5-8 to above 20 easily.

Dr. Frank’s Answer

A typical day of my work starts at about 9:00 AM. Depending on the practice, a particular day may be entirely or partially blocked off for surgical procedures, such as spays and neuters. The rest of the time is spent seeing appointments.

Office Call: This is the cost of the appointment and physical examination, and can vary widely depending on your geographic location and the veterinarian, or clinic, that you choose. The average cost is $45-$55. The number of patients I see a day average about 25 mixed between dogs, cats and pocket pets.
