The Salary would vary with the institution whom you work with
Typically you have a Guest Lecturer or Permanent Teaching Staff
Guest Lecturer earnings start at around 15K per month which varies by Institute and management as this salary is paid by the college management

For a permanent Post either in Govt college or UGC affiliated College : You need to meet additional educational criteria Like a PHD or You should clear NET ( National Entrance Test )
