There are many struggles but some of the big ones are coping with weather, managing subcontractors and keeping a project safe

There are quite a few but I would say the biggest are the safety aspects of the project, managing the contract agreements, and weather.

I would say weather, municipalities and subcontractors. That pretty much sounds like every aspect, but each one of these can present delays in starting/completing a job, which ultimately costs you money and impact each other.
