Hi Juan R. Thanks so much for your question. I see that you posted this question a little while ago so I hope my answer to you (or others who may read this response) is still helpful.
Planes and rockets, if you think about it, spend most of their time in the air. So there is a lot of training that is needed in understanding various science disciplines (geo-science, physics, climate, gravity, force and others).
In a world where there is a lot more information available on line, I encourage viewing information at the Huntsville, Alabama space labs, and other age appropriate information from NASA.
If there is one thing that I hope viewers of this question understand, it is that science plays a HUGE role in being able to build rockets and planes.
