How do you know if you'll ever be a gymnastics star or have 1 million subscribers?

Hi! I'm Ms. Lambert at the International Community School. My 4th graders have a few questions and I'd like to share your advice with them. Thanks in advance!

Hi Ms. Lambert, I am excited to answer this question for your students. Unfortunately, you will not know if you'll be a gymnastics star until you get there. You have to practice hard, listen to coaches, and remain dedicated to gymnastics. As with any sport, it is not easy to reach the goal of being a star, but that shouldn't stop you from working hard and following your dreams. You should have backup plans as well, so continue to work hard in school because your education can open up many opportunities for you. It always good to have multiple options and opportunities.
As for the 1 million subscribers part of the question, I am not quite sure about that, but I would imagine that the answer would be similar to what it takes to succeed in gymnastics. You will need to work hard and remain dedicated, but you should also always continue to work hard in school to keep your opportunities open.
