So here's what I think you need to hear: what you need to do right now is boost your confidence level and directly contact Pizza My Heart to ask them what else you need. You can just call them up and say that you really want to work there, you spoke with someone who said that you need to fill out certain forms, and you would like to know what the forms are and what else you might need to know to get a job there. Obviously, have a piece of paper with you and write everything down so you know what to do next. When it comes to getting a job, you have to project confidence, and you have to be able to communicate.
