Hi Johnuell,
The pandemic has changed the way we work, so I will recommend considering remote work opportunities as well, along with looking for part-time employment in your location. You can use platforms like LinkedIn to find remote jobs across the world based on your skills. Hope this helps!

Because of the pandemic, finding a part time job is more competitive than it normally would be. I would advise to reach out to family and friends to see if you can leverage your network to find something and be sure to make sure all your punctuation and spelling is proofread before you submit any applications.

Hello Johnuell:

Your question is: Can I find a part-time job?

Let me ask you: what are your interests? What can you offer? What are you good at that people will pay for?

I'm asking because if it is "part-time jobs" you are looking for, there are many out there. Similarly, there are many sources to choose from. Someone said family and friends. Another recommended looking for jobs in online platforms such as LinkedIn. The latter is just one of a host of online job boards to choose from.

Even with the pandemic, you *can* find a part-time job, but ask yourself: what do you want to do?
- Would you like to teach English (or any other subject matter)?
- Can you offer your services as a tutor?
- Are you good at graphic design?
- Are you good with writing articles?
- Can you do a good paint job?
- Have you considered being a service crew?

What do you want to do?

Once you've given it some thought, that's the time you can deep dive and do your research.
- Ask family and friends.
- Go online and do a Google search.
- Ask your professors or teachers for a recommendation. - By the way, are you in college or in senior high school?

The resources are there for the picking IF you know what you want for a part-time job.

Good luck!

I know web design and remote tutoring are potential ways to earn money part time. Once you are able to work in person, you could also try out being a barista or a lifeguard.
