What are some careers that are fulfiling in life?
I am a junior in high school. I am looking to apply to colleges next summer and just wanted to get a heads up to see what I was aiming for. #college-major #jobs

There is no such career fulfilling in life. After all it is you who makes a career fulfilling. What ever career you choose give it your 110% and definitely it is going to be a fulfilling career path for you. It is you and me who makes those career path fulfilling.
So, don't try to look for a career which is fulfilling in life rather give your best to the career you are choosing and it will become fulfilling in life. Wish you all the very best.

Hello,
That is a very good as well as very broad question. So the answer can not be that simple either. What career you find fulfilling depends on a number of factors including:
-- your financial affordability to pursue that career
-- your native country/state/town/city proximity to the opportunity
-- your family support circumstances
-- your exposure to what you perceive of the world at this stage
-- presence or absence of major macro economic shifts e.g current covid environment, wars, IT enhancements etc.
-- peer pressure and expectation from family
So in essence one needs to reflect on one's weakness and strengths as well as practical availability to pursue that career. That is what I did when I was thinking of college. Whatever career you choose, try to be sincere, give your level best at the same time the career should help you to pay your basic living expenses.
I know above short response will not answer all your question. Keep searching for people in industry, your acquaintances for their responses, search via internet and libraries on filtered career list and be open to adapting as time passes by and prepared to make serious commitments toward the direction you think your career broadly should be.
