Phil’s Answer

There's a lot of information to consume out there. Pick a particular strategy to focus on and commit to it. Real estate is a capital intensive endeavor so remember to save Save SAVE.

Great resources are:
- biggerpockets.com (forum, community)
- roofstock.com (investment opportunities)
- lofitum.com (rents your place for you via Airbnb and long term tenants)
- marcus.com (higher yield savings account)

I particularly like the BRRRR method:
Buy
Rehab
Rent
Refinance
Repeat

You'll find this strategy talked about a lot on the biggerpockets forum.

Best of luck on your real estate journey and remember to SAVE!
