When you say II, I assume you mean +2 or 12th standard and you did not proceed to college.
It is not a big deal as many of us have many family, financial and other problems that hinder in our plans.
It is never too late and it is great that you want to restart your career and build it up to brighten the future.
Best wishes for your future.
Here are the few things I recommend you do.
Sit down, and think what you like to do and what you want to be in that field. Finalize on 1 or 2 things that you are good ad and that like to do and and see if you want to pursue your career in that field. You must like the field to be successful. Otherwise you will get bored or disinterested sooner or later.
Go to youtube and look for educational videos in that field. For e.g: let's say you like Chemistry or Math or writing or whatever. Many of them are free and many are well done. Sometimes better than many of these expensive online tutorial institutions or even colleges. It could be designing clothes, photography. Learn everything you can and become good at it.
Try to practice your learning, take notes, and keep getting better. Watch more videos and repeat.
While doing all this plan how you can use all the knowledge you have gained and the expertise you have developed to put together a business of your onw or highlight it in a resume to seek a job opportunity. If you can afford get a professional college degree. To be successful, you do not need one. But need the knowledge, confidence and sometimes a bit of luck as well.
Work hard, learn, practice, work and succeed. Best wishes.

If possible there may be online courses that will allow you to get certifications in certain careers. Also, if available reach out to people in that particular field and see if they offer internships or mentoring.
Hope this helps…

We advise you to start with an internship in an area of your interest, to gain some knowledge.
Other option is to do some virtual courses in areas of your interest, or gain knowledge from reading articles of the industry that you wish to work in.
