Hi Piper, I second Jennifer's answer. Dancers do audition to get agents to help them find jobs but it depends on the style of dance that you do and the types of jobs you want. Hi Piper - I'm not sure what you are referring to, I've not heard of dancers having managers. I know some professional dancers that have agents that help them get jobs - perhaps that is what you mean?
