Not sure how old you are but definitely play for you highschool team and a private club team. Make sure to look for teams that go to showcases and tournaments that have college scouts attend. You can also see if you have a local MLS club soccer team that offers youth clubs.

Work hard to achieve that dream. It won’t be easy and you may want to quit or give up if not given a chance but keep working hard until you achieve your dream. Definitely play at school and have your coach help with recruiting to universities and try to find a club team. Conditioning is crucial. Also learn how to play different positions and be versatile. Remember that no soccer player had an easy path, they all faced struggles at one point or another.

3. try out for club teams and research youth academy teams for local teams in your area.
4. try out for your varsity soccer team and do as good as possible to get scouted by a college.
