Sara Beth’s Answer

Hi Messiah, Outside of work I enjoy working out in group fitness classes. It allows me to support my physical and mental health. There might be group fitness classes or sports teams through your workplace that you can join. I also enjoy other hobbies such baking, spending time with friends, and going to church! Find something you are passionate about that allows you to build relationships with other people. No matter what activity you choose, its important to maintain a healthy work-life balance to be your best self inside and outside of the office!

A’s Answer

Hi Messiah, I like playing sand volleyball in my spare time. Sports can really be a great way to destress after a day of work. I prefer team sports over individual because I love being around people, but each person is different! Don't be afraid to try different sports until you find your niche!

Will’s Answer

Hi Messiah,

One thing worth considering could be volunteering coaching local youth sports teams. I did something similar during my college time as an assit. coach for two youth soccer teams (u10 and u14).

With a caring heart to help others, you are definitely off to a good start. Next step, maybe contact local youth sports teams to see if there's any need.

Good luck!

Will

Nikia’s Answer

When working for any company, it's important to conduct yourself in a manor outside of work that doesn't create the appearance of a conflict of interest between your home life and your work obligations. Outside of that, you have no obligation to support your job outside of working-times.
