For education : You need to have a bachelor degree in fine arts, computer animation, illustration, digital arts, media arts, or communications. Having master's of fine arts in animation or visual effects is a plus.
Regarding the skills : Your artist Talents, Creativity, Time management and Computer skills is proficient.

Hi Aaron! Something you may want to do is research some of the software programs used in the animation world and see if you can get one downloaded so you can start learning how to use it. You may also want to look into a film or animation school/program to get experience and build a portfolio to eventually get a job in the field.
