Start to practice cleaning tasks at home.

Become comfortable with doing that type of work and the physical motions that go with them.

If you can succeed at home with these things you can succeed in real life too!

Practice makes perfect.

Then once you are old enough to start working, you can work with someone older to learn and start doing the job.
