What College should I pick?

I want to become a computer science teacher and I am not sure whether to pick a college that is more focused on Computers and Programming or if I should pick a school that is better with Teaching.

Hi! I think it's more important to opt for a school that is more focused towards Computer Science. I think having a mastery in your field will help you teach it better to your future students, and it will also help you explore other options, should you change your mind about teaching.

Hi Blake, you. should pick a school that is more related towards computer science. Most importantly I think you should pick a school that gives you the most scholarship and financial aid because college is really expensive. Also, even if you go to a state school, you can be successful no matter which school you go if put in the effort and gain networking skills. Hope this helps and good luck with your future.

Pick a school more focused on computers and programming because that will be the foundation to your job. You can always improve on your teaching skills as you gain more teaching experience.

Hey! I also agree, maybe choose based off computer programming but try to build professional relationships there with computer science professors or TA’s to strengthen your teaching skills.
