Olga’s Answer

I'd start from searching in Google for the places of interest, like for example, "college in Europe". Then use some ranking sites where you could see how a given college rated relatively similar institutions. Keep in mind that ranking is dependent on the major

Rian’s Answer

A lot of colleges also have great study abroad programs! They are definitely something worth looking into. Not only that, often times study abroad programs are the same price as they normally would be studying at that college. Google is a great tool and youtube is also a great option. People often times review their study abroad programs and experiences and provide information that can help make a difference.

Agreed with Olga's response. Google will be your best tool.

Also maybe consider going to a local college in California and doing a study abroad program. CSU Chico has a great study abroad program!
